Miriam Michel

Miriam Michel, born in Saarbrücken, lives in Bochum. Magister in Theatre studies, American studies and Sociology; M.A. Scenic Research. Freelance director, lecturer, performance and visual artist for 15 years. Her video/audio works, solo performances and collages are an attempt to understand people/realities. With the group dorisdean, founded in 2006, she develops Performances for the independent scene NRW and won the jury prize of Favoriten Festival Dortmund in 2016. Michel was dramaturge/director at the children’s and youth theatre LUTZ of theaterhagen. She works on art projects and works as a director at Schauspiel Essen, Center for Literature Burg Hülshoff and Theater Münster.

Robin Junicke

Robin Junicke holds a doctorate in theatre studies and works as a research assistant in the master’s programme Scenic Research and as a lecturer at the Folkwang University of the Arts and other universities. He is also active as a freelance dramaturge and theatre documentarist. Scenic works e.g. with TachoTinta, ÜBERMORGEN, Morgan Nardi and Katrin Spaniol or dorisdean. Photo and video works for Impulse Festival, Ruhrtriennale etc. His research focuses on game theory, dramaturgy, fantasy research and documentation methods of scenic arts.

Sabrina Chmielewski

Sabrina Chmielewski born in Dorsten, lives in Unna and has been working as a producer and communication designer at the production company mxr storytelling since 2019. Her work consists of the production, design and implementation of various analogue and digital projects. Since 2019, she has been part of thePlaces _ VR Festival team, which has already organised the successful technology festival in Gelsenkirchen Ückendorf three times. As a communication designer with a focus on virtual reality, she is right at the intersection of technology, communication and design. By linking these topics, new formats are always created that need to be tested.
